What timeframes does the Bot support?

The AIPRO Multi Bot is designed and documented for low timeframes: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7-minute charts. Higher timeframes are outside the currently documented configuration range.

Can I use the Scanner without the Bot?

Yes. The AIPRO Multi Scanner can be used as a standalone analytical indicator to review historical and current chart conditions without connecting the Bot or any third-party automation.

Do I need a paid TradingView account?

You can use the indicators on a free account, but for multiple webhooks and fast timeframe execution, an Essential or Plus plan is recommended.

Does it repaint?

AIPRO's documented signal calculations use closed-bar data in supported configurations. Historical and live results can still differ because of data revisions, settings, alert timing, slippage, liquidity, and third-party execution.

Which brokers or platforms are supported?

The Auto-JSON webhook feature is designed to work with platforms that accept TradingView webhook alerts, such as 3Commas, Cornix, Wunderbit, and Osmanli Menkul. Always verify compatibility with the platform's current documentation before live use.

Is this a managed trading service?

No. AIPRO is analytical software. AYTUN LLC does not hold customer funds, execute trades, or manage accounts. All trading decisions and platform configurations are made solely by the customer.

How do I get access after purchase?

After your license is activated, you will receive an email within 24 hours with instructions to access the invite-only TradingView scripts. If you have not received access within 24 hours, please contact us at info@aiprotoolstech.com.

Can I get a refund?

Please review our refund policy before purchasing. Digital software licenses are generally non-refundable once access has been provisioned. Contact support if you have questions before completing your purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, send an email to info@aiprotoolstech.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and include your full name, order number, and TradingView username. You may also cancel through the payment provider's customer portal if available. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. The Lifetime License is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.
